1. Overview
1.1. This Exchange Policy governs the exchange of products purchased from Kickbulk Store Pvt. Ltd. through its B2B ecommerce platform https://kickbulkstore.com.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Only products purchased directly from the Company through the Website or store are eligible for exchange.
2.2. To be eligible for an exchange, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
3. Exchange Process
3.1. Prior to requesting an exchange, you must contact our customer service department to request an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.
3.2. To request an EA number, please provide the following information:
Order number
Product(s) to be exchanged
Reason for exchange
Desired replacement product(s)
3.3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with an EA number and instructions for returning the product(s) to be exchanged.
4. Exchange Period
4.1. The exchange period for eligible products is 7 days from the date of delivery.
5. Exchange Shipping
5.1. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) to be exchanged back to the Company.
5.2. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product(s) to you, unless otherwise specified.
6. Inspection and Processing
6.1. Upon receiving the product(s) to be exchanged, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.
6.2. If the product(s) are approved for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product(s) to you within 7 business days.
